This recipe for chicken chili is perfect to take advantage of the benefits of slow cooker cooking. What’s different about this chili from most chicken chili is the addition of a surprise ingredient, cream cheese. Yum. I mean, really, yum.
This recipe is perfect for a crowd, but it’s also good for the next couple of days stored in the refrigerator, and you can freeze what you don’t use. Take lunch to work anyone? I always use 1/3 less fat cream cheese, but feel free to use whatever cream cheese appeals to you.
