Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Layout the sheet of puff pastry. Using a sharp knife cut into 9 sections.
  3. Taking 1 section at a time, fold in half corner to corner to form a triangle. Leaving a ½ border, cut from the bottom of the triangle cut about ¾ of the way up each side of the pastry.
  4. Take the top flap and fold it to the 2 cuts on the bottom. Take the bottom flap and fold it over to the top cuts. Add 1 tbsp of cream cheese filling and half a strawberry.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Lightly sift powder sugar over the danishes. Let cool and enjoy.
